• Investment Funds are an increasingly popular way of raising large amounts of capital. We have worked on all types of equity, real estate and Islamic funds.
• A Fund is created by a Fund Company and established as a collective investment scheme pursuant to the regulations for the operation and marketing of collective investment schemes issued by the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB).
• The Fund is a contractual arrangement between the Fund Company and each Investor (the Instrument).
• It is through the Instrument that the Fund Company creates Units in the Fund for which prospective investors are then invited to subscribe.
