The Firm was founded by Qays H. Zu’bi, an attorney practicing law in the Kingdom of Bahrain since 1981, and a licensed legal consultant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

After graduating from Duke University (USA), Qays obtained a law degree from the University of Cambridge (UK). Prior to setting up the Firm he was the executive resident partner of the Bahrain branch of the international US law firm of White & Case LLP. As a partner of that firm, Qays handled counseling and litigation matters for major financial institutions, multinationals and private clients.

Implementing a high standard of professional and ethical conduct and building on the experience gained from White & Case LLP, the Firm today stands at the forefront of law firms in Bahrain and the region, finding itself involved in the most recent surge of economic, financial and regulatory activities taking place in Bahrain.
